With about 160 shows, almost 4.1 billion dollars made, and thousands of exciting Swifty interactions, the Eras Tour has truly been one of the most unforgettable tours ever. But all good things have to come to an end. We still miss the exhilarating feeling of watching Taylor come out in a new outfit, or bring out a new surprise guest. But 149 shows is a lot, so what are the main things that you need to know about what happened during the Eras Tour? Well, let’s find out!
Beginning to the End
The Eras Tour started March 17, 2023 in Glendale, Arizona at State Farm Stadium. 69,000 people sat together screaming lyrics and crying tears of joy. She welcomed the fans and started the two-year journey known as the Eras Tour. Millions more people tailgated outside the concert. As time went on, the shows got more and more interesting and exciting. Taylor always had an opener before the show, from Sabrina Carpenter, who opened for the first couple months of the tour, to Gracie Abrams, who opened the ending nights. With every show Taylor performed, the more comfortable she got with the fans. During the tour, Taylor and her boyfriend, Joe Allywyn, broke up, after seven years. Swift was devastated, but kept the show up and running. Taylor performed through the pouring rain, intense heat, and harsh winds. This has been an extraordinary tour and we will surely always remember it.

Taylor swift has surprised us many times during this tour. Guests, outfits, announcements, Easter eggs, the list goes on and on! Let’s start with some of the guests she has brought out. Jack Antonoff, Sabrina Carpenter, Ice Spice, and
Travis Kelce, are only a few celebrity guests that have appeared alongside Swift during one of her shows. Taylor had over 60 outfits she wore over the span of the 149 shows. Taylor announced 1989 Taylor’s Version, as well as Speak Now, Taylor’s Version, on the tour.
Swifty Interactions
Over 60,000 people attended each of Taylor’s shows. Mobs of Swifties would swarm the streets, covered in glitter and frills. Friendship bracelets covered their arms. These bracelets became a symbol of Taylor. Some places, like Vancouver, the final destination for the tour, hung giant friendship bracelets to show their spirit. Some fans would attend concerts frequently and Taylor would spot the fans in the audience and point at them. Some even said, “It was like she was performing for me!”
The Eras tour will for sure go down in history. You can’t go to the Era’s tour anymore, but you sure can watch the Eras Tour movie, and bring the Eras tour to you!
