Theatre is a form of happiness that can often bring people together. Some of the shows can make you cry and some will even have you laughing even after the show has ended. These next two shows will touch your heart and show a fun and hilarious side of theater.
The first show that is sure to be loved is Once Upon a Mattress, at the New York City Center featuring Sutton Foster and Michael Urie. Both performers have immense experience on the stage and are guaranteed to stun us all in this revival composed by Mary Rodgers, Marshall Barer, Jay Thompson and Dean Fuller. Once upon a Mattress is a musical retelling of The Princess and the Pea. That will come to the stage from January 24- February 4th 2024. I hope you can enjoy this magical revival.
The next show will take you to a world we all know. The Wonderful World of Oz! The revival of The Wiz is set to hit Broadway on March 29, 2024 at the Marquis Theatre. With performers both new to the industry and very experienced. The show is guaranteed to whisk us away on the “yellow brick road” to the Magical world of Oz!
