There’s no doubt about it: if and when you travel, it’s always best to do some research to make the most of it. For instance, a day trip to New York City all depends on how you plan and where you go. So, next time you’re thinking about heading out to the Big Apple, think about these amazing places to visit when visiting NYC. 

Times Square. This big attraction has so much to see and do. If you’re looking for a way to eat with amazing singing and dancers serving you milkshakes and a burger, Ellen’s Stardust Diner is an amazing place to visit. It is a nice treat for the whole family to hear their favorite Broadway showtunes. The price range is around $15-20 a meal, but the experience is priceless. You won’t want to miss a single song, especially the big finale. Some confetti may even be thrown! Another great place to visit in Times Square is a place called OMEscape Room. If you love to be entertained by solving puzzles and maybe a little bit of a scare, this is the place for you. Players have 70 minutes to solve the puzzle and get out of the room. Some of the most popular puzzles are the Penitentiary, Laboratory of Biohazard, and Room X. The rooms have built-in technology that makes it a really fun show. The game is unpredictable, with clues such as writing on the wall. These are two great attractions in Times Square that will ensure your NYC trip is worthwhile. 

Broadway. You were probably already guessing that Broadway was going to make this list because the popularity of Broadway shows. Luckily, they never run out of fantastic runs. Hamilton, The Lion King, Aladdin, Cats, and Extra are just a few of the sold-out shows playing right now.  From cool Broadway twists on beloved Disney movies to catchy music and original acting you beyond your wildest imagination, these shows have it all! Just a few minutes away from Broadway, there are cute shops such as Disney, Line Friends, Hershey, and M&M. The phenomenal shows, fun merchandise, busy sights, and chocolate smells wafting from a mile away make Broadway a spectacular location to visit in Manhattan. 

  Crosby Street in SoHo. Crosby Street is the best of both worlds with the usual tourist attractions and stores, but it also has a unique history. The street was named after the 19th-century millionaire William Bedloe Crosby. This street has an old-fashioned artsy chic you don’t see everywhere. This street is also known for rare celebrity sightings. For more of the touristy aspects, there are stores that have unique merchanidise you may not be able to find everywhere else. Though you may be thrown off at first by some of the factories, the nicer buildings such as pretty hotels and New York landmarks will make you want to keep looking for more.
